For higher end listings, video and aerial  are the secret ingredient to a successful listing.  Having a full portfolio of digital assets set the marketing of the home apart from the rest of the pack.

In the past, curb appeal built a buyers first impression and desire to purchase your home.  In this digital age, that curb appeal is all about that first image on a web site which is why it is so important to go with professional to market and provide digital content of your home.  Its that first digital impression that will compel a buyer to visit and tour your home.

It just no longer is about having a high resolution camera, proper staging, angles, lighting, etc.  are also key.  Typically following a home tour, the buy returns to the buyers site to revisit the digital tour, which in the end, drives them to an offer if the picture support a quality and desirable home.

A new study from the National Association of Realtors revealed that 92% of buyers use the internet to search for homes.  Which means marketing your home on a wide variety of internet sites like John L Scott, mine, Zillow, etc. give you the highest level of internet exposure, increasing the likelihood of finding the right buyer for your home.

While professional photographs peak buyers interest, its the listing description that gets them in the door.  Listing descriptions sell so compelling, vivid and intriguing that illustrates the buyers new life in the home, compel buyers to want to make an offer.  Any description that stirs the imagination of what could be a relaxing and peaceful life with those intriguing photo's sell.
